
Foundations of Leadership
Foundations of Leadership is a live, virtual leadership development program intended for new and first-time people managers who are interested in accelerating their people management skills and connecting with colleagues across the organization. By the end of the program, participants can:
Develop a meaningful personal leadership vision and team vision.
Foster a psychologically safe environment for the exchange and flow of ideas.
Delegate, coach, and handle mistakes through effective process and people skills.
Navigate the people side of change effectively in a constantly evolving business climate.
Manage up and across the organization more effectively.

Earning Criteria
Required
Attend at least seven of the nine 2-hour live sessions and actively participate.
Read the assigned sections of the program handbook.
Apply weekly learnings between sessions and come to the sessions ready to discuss results.
