
Igniting Leadership Potential
Igniting Leadership Potential is a live, virtual leadership development program intended for individual contributors interested in building personal leadership skills and connecting with colleagues across the organization. By the end of the three-month program, participants can:
Develop the qualities and habits of effective leadership.
Demonstrate greater emotional intelligence in the workplace.
Build better relationships to strengthen collaboration and be seen as a trusted advisor.
Earn influence without the need for authority.
Navigate interpersonal conflict and difficult situations.

Earning Criteria
Required
Attend at least six of the eight 2-hour live sessions and actively participate.
Read the assigned sections of the program handbook.
Apply weekly learnings between sessions and come to the sessions ready to discuss results.
