Leading with Executive Presence
Leading with Executive Presence (LEP) is designed for Teladoc Health leaders at the director through senior vice president levels who are committed to advancing their leadership effectiveness by developing strong executive presence. Over four months, participants in LEP engage in 9 live, virtually facilitated discussion sessions covering skills that contribute to executive presence. They meet 4 times with a peer group to dive deeper into program topics, and complete individual reflection and application activities. Skills and topics covered fall into the realms of how you act (gravitas), how you interact (interpersonal skills), and how you look (appearance), with a focus on authenticity and inclusivity in all realms.
At the end of the program, participants are able to:
describe the characteristics of executive presence,
explain the importance of continuously cultivating executive presence, and
leverage tools and resources to active and develop their executive presence.
Additionally, they will have built rapport and accountability with other senior leaders, expanded their internal network, and engaged their peers to strengthen their own executive presence. Finally, program participants spend extensive time inside and outside live sessions reflecting, planning, and practicing the skills of executive presence in their day to day roles, with a goal of continuing to develop and hone the skills of executive presence long after program completion.
