Igniting Leadership Potential

Igniting Leadership Potential is a live, virtual leadership development program intended for individual contributors interested in building personal leadership skills and connecting with colleagues across the organization. By the end of the three-month program, participants can:

  • Develop the qualities and habits of effective leadership. 

  • Demonstrate greater emotional intelligence in the workplace. 

  • Build better relationships to strengthen collaboration and be seen as a trusted advisor. 

  • Earn influence without the need for authority. 

  • Navigate interpersonal conflict and difficult situations.
